Adnan Gürdal

Adnan Gürdal was born on May 1, 1966, in Isparta. After completing his primary and secondary education in Isparta, he attended Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, and graduated as Survey Engineer.
In 1996, he started attending Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and graduated in 2000.
He has been in charge of the Real Estate Operations Project Group at Privatization Administration since 2003. Since then, he has worked at departments responsible for real estate operations within the Administration.
He was appointed to the value assessment commissions of approximately 300 institutions and organizations within the privatization program by the prime minister, or the relevant ministers.
In 2004, he obtained the “Evaluation Specialist License” by being successful in all modules of three examinations held in line with the CMB Communiqué Serial: VIII, No. 35. This is a license granted by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) to the individuals involved in the capital market activities.
Between 1995-2007, he was the Board Member of Van Cement Factory, Elazığ Cement Factory, Lalapaşa Cement Factory, Gümüşhane Cement Factory, Abant and Bolu Tourism JSC, Agricultural Equipment Corporation JSC, Gemlik Fertilizer Industry JSC and Kemerköy Electricity Production and Trade JSC.
He has conducted studies on the efficient and rational privatization of public estates, lands, social facilities and lodging, and on privatization method through real estate investment trust model.
