Real Estate Awards 2012 About the Award With “Real Estate Award” given by Arkitera Architecture Center in the scope of ArkiPARC which takes place under the motto “Dialogue for Urban Quality”, it is aimed to honor institutions who contribute to the quality of built environment.
Real Estate Award 2012 also aiming honor project partners for their positive contributions to the cities, city-dwellers as well as to the investors and will encourage the similar investments. Awarded for the first time in 2008, it has been given to project investors in six categories: house, office, hotel, mall, alternative investments and mix-use.
Conditions for Participation Projects which are completed in last 5 years (after January 2006) in Turkey can apply or can be nominated as candidate. A project can be nominated at most two times.
Selection Evaluation of applications are made from a selection board consisting of 9 representatives from various areas. The award will be given to developer of the chosen project At the first round of two round selection phase, the Selection Board will select three finalists for each catagory between nominees. Owners of the Real Estate Awards 2012 will be selected by ArkiPARC participants in the event venue by voting digitally. Visitors, participants, speakers and press members can vote once for each category.
