Hotel

Argos in Cappadocia
Uçhisar – Nevşehir

Boutique hotel complex located on a slope which heads towards Güvercinlik Valley at Uçhisar's old residential area abandoned by locals, which is an urban archeological area.In 1997 desing process started with building survey and typological researches under supervision of Turgut Cansever. Complez completed by reconstruction  with  traditional methods of 13 partially collapsed or ruined houses, and entegrate them under the name of “Konak”.

At Argos in Cappadocia Butik Otel, there are 33 accomodation units, a multi purpose hall which made by reparing 1500 years old monastry site, restaurant and bar, tunnels and terraces in each room and for general use.

Office

In Project's desing which is constructed with a feeling of environment with architectual and engineering solutions, measures of LEED certificate which is given by USGBC are used. Levent Ofis will be the first office building which has LEED certicate in Shell&Core category when it is completed.

Plantation on stories and fronts is completing building visual identity and creating efficiency mechanically and economically. Increasing quality of life with presenting confortable working environment to office users distinguishes Levent Ofis from others.

Shopping Mall

Forum Aydın located on Aydın-Denizli highway, close to Menderes University Campus. In Forum Aydın, designed as a open-air shopping mall and opened at September 2008, there are 209 shops, theaters, hipermarket, restaurants and  open parking lot with 800 vehicle capacity.

Materials used in the project are reflecting Aydın's geographic and natural features: Natural colours like shades of yellow, orange and brown creates a warm environment in accordance with nature and empowers the outdoor feeling. Aegean elements exists as plantation and local products. Even different concepts used in every venue project connects all of these diversifications with style and logic.

Çeşme Marina
Çeşme - İzmir 

Çeşme Marina Project leased for 25 years from the state  with 25 million dollars investment by IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding and Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International partnership.

Being 45 minutes away from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, an important port, an urban marina, close to Turkish and Greek islands, an important port for boats cruising north and south and regarded as a center for water sports are the advantages of Çeşme Marina.

Alternative Investments

Borusan Müzik Evi in historical Beyoğlu district is a venue for exhibtions, events and various cultural education programmes.

At the same time there are various art works in the building. The most remarkable of these art works is LED lightings used on V shaped columns. This work, named “Untitled” made by Newyorker artist Leo Villareal in 2008 for the building. Edison lightbulbs at the entrance of the building raises and descends according to music. This work , “Elo(Spiderlights)” desinged by Christian Partos for the building in 2009. Another work in the entrance is the “Shortcuts” by Ivan Navarro. Red, yellow and blue doors creates a feeling of entrance to an infinite building. Other one at the entrance is statement of “Listen to your eyes” written with neon lights by Maurizio Nanucci. And also “Ad Infinitum” by Brigitte Kovanz a glass and mirror creates different images from different angles.
