Real Estate in 10 to the 100th Anniversary of the Republic
The approach of the real estate sector is of great importance as it is one of the locomotives of the economy in the future vision of Turkey. As cities develop, the need for infrastructure and transportation investments, new housing areas, and for health and education facilities increases.
ArkiPARC 2013 will bring into question the role of the public sector in the real estate sector’s realizing these objectives, the development of the real estate sector and in starting to make the real estate progress of Turkey 2023.
# 10 to: Growing Cities
The real estate sector is an important catalyst in accelerating change. The fields to which new investments will be allocated and the role to be undertaken in the transformation of cities will form the core of future studies in real estate in the next decade. ArkiPARC 2013 will discuss emerging cities through the contribution of real estate investments to cities’ competitiveness.
# 10 to: New Game
Who are the new players of urban development? What are their visions, goals and strategies? What innovation and financial models make cities more livable? What long-term plans can secure the interests of the public even in urban private areas? And perhaps most importantly: how will new approaches change the quality of life in the cities of the future?
ArkiPARC 2013 will present the dynamics stimulating the real estate sector and new regulations with international examples.
