General Manager, Architect
He is graduated from METU Architecture Department in 1989. He started working in Öncüoğlu Mimarlık in 1989 as a Vice Manager and became the General Manager in 1996 after the death of company's founder, Hasan Öncüoğlu. He has been working with his partners Önder Kaya, Cem Altınmaz and Cumhur Keskinok since 1996. As a necessity of their international projects, they have opened regional offices, such as ACP International in Hamburg in 2004, ACP Russia in Moscow in 2008 and ACP Kazakhstan in Almaty in 2008.

They have also opened an office in İstanbul as a coordination centre for projects and employers in 2007. Most of their work developed on mixed use projects, shopping malls, health, hotel, residential and office buildings. They realized many projects in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Eastern Europe and Middle East. They won 8 prizes in national architecture competitions and they are awarded with many international prizes such as Cityscape and CRE.

Enis Öncüoğlu attends many national and international conferences and seminars as a guest speaker to share his experience and researches in architecture and real estate industry. Öncüoğlu has been participating in international exhibitions and fairs with ACP projects since 2006. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), AMDP (Shopping Malls and Retailers Association), TMMMB and TSMD (Turkey's Free Architects Association). He is married and with one child.
